Our Story

A Family Business, Built on Experience

Peak to Peak Real Estate and Development is family-owned and operated by Jarrett White and his wife. Before building under our own name, Jarrett spent 15 years in construction — running crews and delivering more than 700 multifamily units for other builders across Utah.

That experience is the foundation of every Peak to Peak home: we know where projects go wrong, because we've spent years making them go right for other people. Now we do it with our name on the sign.

Gather your lot info: address or parcel number, any HOA guidelines, and what you know about utilities and access. Then reach out — we'll review the site, talk through your goals, and confirm the basics so your home plan fits the land, not the other way around.

Do I need an architect or plans before contacting you?

No. Many clients start with us first so plans get shaped with real-world build details in mind. If you already have plans, we're happy to review them and give you meaningful pricing.

How long does a build take?

It depends on design complexity, permitting, and material lead times. We map out milestones early so you know what's happening and when — and we tell you the real timeline, not the optimistic one.

Can you help with financing guidance?

We'll help you understand typical budget ranges and connect you with lenders who understand construction loans, then align your plan and timeline with how funds are released during the build.
